Hey all, Its now 4 days till d-day. I must admid to being a little anxious btu I cam so excited also. I guess I just have butterflies. I really can't wait to be done and start my new life. I have waited so long for it that it doesn't feel real. I have put everything into Gods hands and I know he will do whats best and I trust him in all things. Si I guess I am saying I am ready in spirit but I have some things I want to get done at home first so I guess I had better get busy. Thank you for all the prayers and I hope they keep comming and I will do the same for everyone else. God hears them all, Bye for now Love and huggs, Amelia

"HI AMELIA", THIS IS GREAT THAT THERE IS SOME ONE ELSE GOING IN ON THE SAME DAY. I DO HAVE TO BE AT THAT PREOP THING AT 2:00PM, SO I WILL SEE YOU THERE. IAM LOOKING FORWARD TO MEETING YOU. NOW I DON'T FEEL ALONE GOING THOURGH THIS. ALSO YES IAM VERY NERVOUS. I PUT A BIG CALENDER ON THE FRONT OF MY FRIG AND IAM MARKING DOWN THE DAYS. AND MAKING SURE THAT IAM GETTING ALL THE STUFF THAT I NEED. IN THE PAST WEEK THOUGH I HAVE BEEN GETTING BAD STOMACH ACHES OVER THIS BUT NOW THEY HAVE CALMED DOWN. MY HUSBAND IS NOT ABLE TO COME WITH ME, BECAUSE HE HAS TO TAKE CARE OF MY KIDS. I HAVE A GIRL AND A BOY. CARLEY 10, HAYDEN 8. I ALSO READ THAT YOU HAVE KAISER TOO. I just noticed that the BMI on my profile says 30.9 what a laugh. It is obviously a mistake since I weigh 280 at 5ft. 4in. tall. my BMI is more like 46 or 47 I forget, at least i try to forget. If my bmi was 30 I doubt I would have been approved for surgery, so sorry for the mistake, Amelia

Amelia~I wish you the best with your upcoming surgery.Just out of curiosity,I was wondering how much you weigh? Your BMI says 30.9.I had my surgery 3 months ago and my BMI still isn't that low..LOL! I'm jealous ;-) My best to you. Gos Bless~Kim

amelia your almost there and i hope the time will go by fast for you. my husband was like your really didnt want me to do this felt it was not a normal thing to do but im 6 wks post opt doing great and down 35 lbs and he is happy now. i think fear is what has them against it. Hi all, They changed my date from the 7th to the 21st of Aug. Its ok I guess I have waited this long but the longer I wait the more nervous I get I am not a good waiter. I will hang in there though because I need this surgery so much. Bye for bow and God bless, Amelia
