Had my tt, my arms, and thighs done May 16th have done great. Do what the Dr. says. God bless for a safe and prompt healing procedure. I was more nervous too for this one especially having so much done at once. You will do great. Hugs Janice 353/153

Dear Gina.........we all lose at different rates and you started out at a loser weight than usual. Please be very proud of your rate of loss cause you are doing great. I started out at 256 and no way could I lose 30 pds in only 1 month. That's a lot! I'm 8 weeks out now and have lost 36 pds. No matter how you add it up you are going to be looking fantastic by the beginning of next summer. Don't let the numbers start to mess with you. If you lose at a rate of 3 pds a week then that's 156 in a year. Much more than you want to lose. Best wishes to you on your weight loss journey. God bless :)

Gina, I can't say I ever felt full in the first few weeks. I knew I could eat more so what I did was to measure absolutely everything. If your docs says to eat only 2 oz, measure it! What I found is that I really didn't know what full felt like! *laugh* Eventually my new tummy got used to the portions I was eating and I learned what it felt like to be full. I always tell people that just because you CAN eat more than you're supposed to, doesn't mean you SHOULD! Good luck!

Gina, don't worry about the water weight! I gained 19lbs while I was in the hospital. In a few weeks it was all gone plus a lot more! Love and hugs!
