9/4/03 I am down 90 pounds and wearing a size 8/10. I feel great and really haven't had many problems. I have learned how to eat and the need to eat potassium rich foods. I don't have to take any of the 11 medicines I used prior to surgery. I am so much healthier and am looking forward to continued success.

Today I go for my first appointment, two weeks after having the drains removed. I have been pretty tired, but no real problems, other than my right leg from the knee up has been numb. Has anyone else had this? It is returning to normal, but when I called the doctor's office they thought it might just be my weight shifting causing this. I found viactiv calcium chews (chocolate) at KMart. They have vitamin D and K also to help with absorbtion. They really taste great! I got the sublingual B at GNC. I'll write more after my appointment.
