HI KEN AND BONNIE, ITS BELINDA. I AM SO GLAD TO HERE THAT KEN IS DOING GREAT. I AM SORRY IT TOOK SO LONG TO WRITE I HAVE BEEN STAYING WITH MY MOTHER SINCE SURGERY SO MY HUSBAND COULD GO BACK TO WORK. I AM DOING GREAT MYSELF, SO VERY HAPPY THINGS ARE LOOKING UP FOR BOTH OF US. I AM VERY HAPPY WE WERE ABLE TO MEET AT THE HOSPITAL, LETS PLEASE KEEP IN TOUCH AND TAKE CARE. BELINDA :)

UPDATE: Hello, this is Bonnie, Ken's wife. Ken had his surgery at 7:30 this morning. They found a strangulated hernia and fixed it right away. God works in mysterious ways. He is doing fine, hurting but will be ok. Thanks to everyone for their prayers.

Congratulation on your upcoming surgery! The next year is going to be the most amazing of your life. I know that you must feel as anxious and nervous as I did ten months ago. But soon this waiting game will only be a memory and you will be on to your new life. I am 10 months post op and I have lost 130 pounds. I went from a size 24 to a 4 in a little over 6 months. Miracles do and will happen for you. I have tried to keep a profile that can be used as a resource for pre-ops. That answers all of the questions that I had when I was in your shoes.
