Hi Valarie I live in Dover about 10 mins from Lakeland, I had rny 1989, I was wondering if you do any physical exercise, I walk the Lakeland Mall several times a week, I feel like it is not enough Are you still maintaining your weight? I maintained 160 for several years. I am now at 190 struggling to get back to 160 . I had some problems with iron. SO be sure to ck your iron regularly.

Valerie, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine last November, and I have never had a single regret. One thing that may help to remember is that the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.
