It sounds like you are on the right track! This is the best decision you could have ever made...a new way of life for the price of a Volkswagen! I hope it is as easy for you as it has been for me. Just take it slow and don't eat for a while...homemade protein shakes are the best way to get your protein. Try DESIGNER PROTEIN, french vanilla flavor is tastless...mix with a cup of ice, a cup of milk and a banana. Some times I had a tablespoon of creamy peanut butter also. Blend in a blender til smooth..Two scoops of the powder blended into each shake, in a sipper bottle, will carry you for a few hours and give you 35 gms of protein! I am living on these now! One final thought...you are going to need a RECLINER for the first three or four nights home. It is almost impossible to lay down. I stretched my incisions doing it.
