Hi Linda; I thank you for being my angel & i had surgery on the same day 9/30/2002 as you & have lost 190 lbs from 378 to 188 & ifeel great. Hope u r doing great too it sure sounds like u r doing great too. Keep up the good work & keep in touch by e-mail. Good luck & hope to talk to u soon. Bye
