I'm doing great! I'm about 135 lbs. and holding. I had a baby on September 28th, and it took one week to lose all the pregnancy weight (I gained 15 lbs, during pregnancy. I feel and look better than ever and I hope many other obesity sufferers will end their misery and find the healthy person dying under their weight like I did. I was 289 lbs. in January 2003, for a total loss of 154 lbs. I still want to be about 125 lbs, but I'm a size 7 with 23% body fat, so I'm not going to push it. I walk about 1 mile a day, ride my bike, dance, and run around with my daughter... all things that I couldn't do before when I was at my worst point. Hope you all have the success that I've had; and God bless.
