hello i want to thank all who showed such great support on my surgery. i had it april 5th went in that morning and was home by 7pm that nite and back to work the following monday. i had some pain but the more i was up and about it eased up. i have lost 20pounds so far part from the 2 weeks prior to surgery the diet i had to do and now. i have not found any foods that make me sick i just dont eat allot at one time but what i do fills me up. so far i can say i would do it over it really was not that bad, but then the future will tell how well all will go. so a big thank you for all my emails and prays they got me through this. brenda

I have some Zen Wisdom for you - Nothing exists but momentarily...One thing flows into another....observe things as they are, let everything go as it goes. This is to put everything under contron in its widest sense. May God keep you close to his side as you travel this new journey. Know that you are not alone. You will always have us, your AMOS family. We will share your joys, fears, slips and triumphs. You will find this to be the best thing you could ever have done for yourself as well as your family. I know that is what I discovered.
