"Dr. Ozment was so warm and helpful from the first moment I met him. I felt as though he had all the time in the world...just for me...and that I was important to him...as a person...not just a patient. Over the past 4 years since I have had my surgery...my opion of him only grows...He still has time for me. His office calls to check on me and they know me by name...when I call they help me immediately and I am treated as though I am family. His staff are very friendly and helpful. I love them all. I can think of nothing negative about him or his staff. He has a way of making you feel as though he has no other patient but you...he is a very special person. I have recommended him to several friends and people whom I have met since having the proceedure...they all agree...he is a jewel. He takes care of you after the surgery also. He is not just there until your insurance pays and then you are on your own...he is here for the long haul. He explained everything about the surgery to me and allowed me to ask any and all questions that I had. He awnsered them all and never put me off. On a scale of 1-10 I give him a resounding 20 !!! He is at the top of my list. He is fantastic in every aspect of care that he gives you...And all the nurses at the hospital love working with him...that speaks volumes to me. He has performed this surgery on my sister and four friends , I have two more friends who are going through the process with him now to have the surgery...I have not had one negative comment about him or his staff...they truly are wonderful people."
