Well, 1 day left. I finally had all my pre-testing completed. Let me be the first to tell those who are going to have the surgery, the arterial blood-gas test hurts. They draw blood from your wrist. I nearly passed out. Here are my stats going into surgery: 349 lbs, 6'5'', bp (120/80), pulse (55), sugar, triglicerides, cholesterol all great. My PCP said I was a medical specimen on paper. I think I am finally ready. I have been too stressed and busy to really think about it. I just hope that this really changes my life. I love you all and pray thngs go smoothly.
