Thank you for your encouraging and much needed post. I was starting to think I was the only one from DC having the surgery with Dr. Anez, but I was wrong. Talk about holding it down, girl, your weight loss is awe-inspiring! If I can get half as much gone in the same period of time as you did, I will be one happy person. I'd like to e-mail you for some advice if I can once I get to the other side.
