HI MARGARET, I AM SO GLAD YOU ARE DOING SO WELL. FRUITS HAVE BEEN A NO-GO FOR ME TOO. I THINK I ACTUALLY DUMP ON FRUCTOSE. I WORK IN COSTA MESA, IT'S NICE TO SEE SOME FAIRLY CLOSE PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD THE SURGERY WITH PB. CONGRATULATIONS AND CONTINUED SUCCESS.

Margaret, just wanted to know how you liked Curves? What exercises were you able to do with your arthritic knees. I have arthritis in my knees and was hoping to have surgery to help eleviate some the the pressure on them. My doctor has recommended bicycling or aqua aerobics, but the bicycle kills my knee and I do not have a pool...and at my size would never consider an athletic club or public pool. I was just wondering what activities you could do at Curves and what the atmosphere was there... I wish you the best on your journey and will keep you in my prayers! CJ
