Hello all, need a little info from those who have battled IDA. I’m in the process of trying to bring my iron levels up to normal. I had 2 infusions done at the end of September. Prior to the infusions my levels were as follows:

Ferritin -

I’ve been megadosing Vitamin K (K1 & K2 - M4/M7) with no success in raising my blood levels. Can anyone advise a proven brand? All of the K complex vitamins I have found are gel caps filled with oil. Does anyone know a brand that offers K complex

I marked my 14 year post-op anniversary this year. I would do it all over in a heartbeat and only wish I would have known about it 10 years earlier. With that being said, wanted impress upon those who are thinking about this surgery or have recently
