RHONDA HAS NOT UPDATED HER PROFILE FOR AWHILE, I AM HER FRIEND WE GO TO SCHOOL TOGETHER, SO I'M GOING TO UPDATE YOU ALL RHONDA IS DOING WONDERFUL ON SATURDAY 2-28-04 I RECIVED A TELEPHONE CALL FROM HER SHE WAS SO EXCITED SHE HAD HIT 30# WEIGHT LOSS!!!!!! SHE IS ABOUT 31 DAYS OUT WE TALK A COUPLE TIMES A WEEK BESIDES WHAT LITTLE WE CAN TALK AT CLASS TODAY MON 3-1 SHE WALKED INTO CLASS AND YOU COULD REALLY TELL SHE'S LOST I CALL HER THE INCREDIBLE SHRINKING WOMAN I JUST CAN'T WAIT UNTIL MY INSURANCE STOPS MAKING ME JUMP THROUGH HOOPS SO I CAN JOIN HER ON THE OTHER SIDE AND BECOME AN INCREDIBLE SHRINKING WOMAN I HOPE YOU ALL GIVE RHONDA SOME CONGRATS!!!!

Hi Rhonda, I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was! Of course it was for nothing because everything went fine. Absolutely nothing that can't be handled. I always say the week before surgery is worse than the week after; it was for me anyway. Keep it positive (that includes keeping only supportive people around you.) It was a wonderful decision for me I'm sure it will be for you too. I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true! Best Wishes,
