Hi Tracy: I use Isopure and all you have to do is add crystal light and water to it and shake is up and drink it down. I love the french vanilla because it blends with anything I want to drink. I hope this helps. Sheryl Open Rny July 22, 2002 516/453/360/160

Tracy is doing wonderful! I went to see her at the hospitality house today before she went to the dr. She had makeup on and her hair done, she looked gorgeous!!! She is getting around so well. She still had her jp drain in and was hoping to get it out today and to go back home. Please stop by her page and give her your love!! WAY TO GO TRACY!! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!!!

I just heard from Tracy's sister. Tracy made it through surgery fine. She will have to remain in recovery all night (I assume because there isn't a room available). Let's all keep Tracy in our prayers and thoughts. May she have a speedy, uneventful recovery. Patty Butler

I called the hospital to see what room Tracy was in and she was still in recovery. I asked it she was ok and they said she is wonderful and that surgery went beautifully. She is just waiting on a bed. The hospital is full as usual. I am going to see her as soon as she is in her own room. (probably tomorrow) Please say a prayer for her and post a comment on her page for support.
