Does anyone know how MJ is? I saw her husband and dad at Dr. Buchwald's office the day I went for my consult. Her dad said she wasn't doing very well and thought she may need to be readmitted.

Saw MJ today at the hospital. She is doing well. She isn't too fond of all the tubes.... who would be?! She's on her way to losing!!!

Rob called me back earlier today and said that MJ was being stitched up and on her way to the recovery room. They said she should be back in her room at 3pm. I will visit her in the hospital tomorrow & update again! Congrats MJ - you made it to the other side!!

Well it's 10:50am and I called to see how MJ is doing. I spoke with her husband Rob. He said she is still in the operating room (she got started at 8am instead of 7:30am). Dr. Buchwald told him it would be 3 1/2 to 4 hours - open RNY. Rob will call me as soon as he knows how she is. My best wishes are with you MJ!
