I talked to Charles this morning and he said his surgery had gone real good. He had run a fever last night. Dr Bauman had been in and told him if no fever today he could go home this afternoon around 5 PM. I called back at 7PM to make sure he was gone and he answered the phone. I was scared the fever had come back. The joke was on me. The nurse was there taking the IV out where he could go home. He really sounded strong and in good spirits. Please keep him in our prayers. He will try and get on the computer in a few days to give us an update.

Charles, Wishing you a speedy recovery. Keep smiling and know you are on the losing side, now. When you get a case of the lonelies and you think nobody's there, to love, support and listen... or show they even care... Just reach into your thoughts and pull out this little note. (Nothing could be easier when life seems really hard!) And every time you reach out, it will help remind you... A Very Special Support Group, larger than any around, is always there with you. I can't wait for my turn to be a Loser! God guide and Bless you, always and in all ways. ML from Ohio
