My first impression of Dr. Nighbert was that he was very personable and approachable. He is very interested in what he is doing and appears to be thoroughly enjoy his work. He even stated that he is "Happiest when operating". This meant alot to me because I feel that he is very interested in the surgery and has not took a laid back hands off approach to his patient care. The office staff are very friendly, excited, and eager to help. Dr. Nighbert and his staff are very into education before surgery and follow up education, maintenance, and support. Dr. Nighbert's daughter was the nutritionist and she was very helpful and very patient in her teaching."
