Brandy, I was checking out the folks that have the same WLS surgery birthday as me! I just wanted to say way to go!! I cannot wait to see the new pictures of you! I finally have my new ones up on my profile, but the old one is gone obesityhelp.com is looking for it.... To say the lease I threw mine out!!!!

Hi Brandy! Congrats on having your surgery! I bet you feel relieved now. It's over and now you are on the other side and can join the ranks of the losers. Welcome, my friend!!! Happy RE-Birthday to you! From this day forward you life will change forever. Just try to take it easy and remember to sip, walk, deep breathe and cough. These first few days are rough, but I assure you they get better with each passing day. I want to say thankyou everybody, I have 2 more days to go and this liquid diet is harder then ever, i think its going to be the hardest part of the surgery! Well i want to thankyou all for giving me support, I really appreciate it I am glad to see that so many people are with me on this journey, Im almost there! Thankyou..I will keep everybody posted!

Hi Brandy, I'd say don't be nervous but heck, I was nervous. Of course it was all for nothing (except I burned a few extra calories) because my surgery went just fine. For me the week before was harder than the week after just because I didn't know what to expect. Right after I had more soreness than pain but nothing that couldn't be managed. Remember to keep it positive. That means only positive people around you; the negative ones are just ill-informed. I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true,
