Good Luck, E-mail me if you need a list of protein shake recipes! They are good and great protein. Also, you will need a recliner for the first few nights. I hope someone told you that!! You can rent them pretty cheaply if you don't own one. I had to sleep in a high back chair because I didn't know..lol --Sandra
