Tabatha, You are a very strong and brave person. I haven't (as far as I know) met anyone who didn't have success until now. Your words were bold and to the point. One of the reasons I haven't gotten this before now, (RNY) was afraid of failure. (hoping for open rny this summer)I have heard of one other who had the bypass 15 yrs ago and then had 3 kids, gained most of the weight back. She just got a revision. Her insurance denied her, saying she failed. But she succeded in loosing the weight, was able to have kids and now needed the revision to correct the way it was done to make it a better tool for her to use now and be able to use it in the future. The insurance did change their answer on the aopeal. So you didn't fail, but the surgery did. Along with the location not having the knowledge to help you down the road when things got tough. Your an ispiration to all of us who read your posts. THANK YOU! Good luck with your revision. My thoughts are with you, for a uneventual, speedy recovery, during and after surgery.
Big hug and a warm fuzzy.
