Kims surgery went great with no complications. She had a fantastic nurse that took care of her that she loved. Kim also spent time in the hospital with another of Dr Mortons patients who was having her surgery today also. They met right here on this board and have been communicating since. They gave each other lots of support today and Kim told me they kept saying over and over again that they were now *on the other side*. I received a phone call a short while ago from Kim and she was just going to turn in to bed. Not a lot of pain, just some discomfort but otherwise, all was going great.

Kims surgery was scheduled for 9 am and am sitting here anxiously waiting for an update. I know she was very nervous this morning. Called me when she woke up telling me she had a dream that when she woke up after the surgery she found out that the doctor couldn't do it because of this reason or another. I tried to reassure her that it was just her nerves. Will update when I hear more. Thanks for all the well wishes. I know they will touch her greatly.
