I have not posted in awhile been enjoying my new life. But I want to encourage others since this is becoming more well known. When I started my journey I was 385lbs now I am 190lbs and I have had my tummy tuck. I have much more energy. And I am encouraged because my wife is having the surgery in less then 2 weeks. With Dr. Alexander. As I have said before he is the Best in Dallas!

I am now down to 249 lbs, lost 116 and everything is going great.

3.5 months and I have lost 66 lbs which puts me under 300 for the first time in 3years. No complications, everything is going great.

3 weeks post-op and I'm down 35 lbs. I am getting my g-tube out in three days then I can start walking more. Still doing full liquids with baked potatoes.

I'm a week post-op with nothing to report except that I'm already getting tired of the liquids, but more so of just being stuck in the house. I still know I made the right choice but just kind of grinding it out right now. The surgery went great and I have my first appt. this Friday. Hopefully my staples come out.
