After some regain from being very inactive in 2020/early 2021 due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, I'm looking to lose, as of today, 12 lbs. to reach 135 lbs, then stabilize around 140 lbs. to put me right in the middle of my "normal" BMI.

By learning to use my tool to it's fullest potential, and being active in the bariatric patient community, as well as be involved with peer support groups locally - in addition to a little luck and determination.

Found out today that my insurance company authorized my DS surgery! Looks like August 13th will be the day!
