POOP =(

Back up those two pounds...but I swear its water weight because Ive been pumping the fluids. Tomorrow is four weeks so I'll do an offical weigh in then. Its 12:30 and Ive already gotten in my fluids for the day so by tonight I should be well over. I also decided that Im going do just protein drinks today because Ive been eating too fast and throwing up too much. I also walked on the tredmill for 22mins this morning and now for the rest of the day I'll be running errands, doing homework, and preparing for my exam...fun! Not really. I soooo hate school. Oh well.

I lost two pounds since yesterday morning so that means that my stall could quite possibly be over. Hopefully I'll lose 30 pounds in the next few weeks haha.

Sooo I wish I could live off string cheese. Seriously. Its the best invention in the world and it takes me back to 2nd grade. What a wonderful feeling. haha Okay so yeahhh Ive gotten sick off chicken AND turkey and I've puked more times in the past two days then I have in the past year. GOOODIE! Not really. So Im over those foods for a while. Ive been eating entirely too many eggs though so right now my options are cheese...and cheese. I lost another pound so maybe my stall is...well, stalling... and the weight is going to move again. Hopefully. Im talking to my ex boyfriend again who is absolutely amazing and I want to adopt his 5 year old daughter like NOW. We already made plans for the 4th of July...Im a geek right? Yeahhhh I thought so. Uhm I spent $525 on Kenny Chesney tickets for the summer anddd Worcester State simply INFURIATES me...I realize I probably spelt that wrong but its the best desription I can come up with. YEAHHHH. Thats it, life is the same old same old..Id love to say Im not writing as much because Ive been super busy but the only things Ive been busy with is my online class and throwing up. Im doing good with the vitamins though! My next appointment with Laura is in two and half more weeks. CIAO♥

Im at a stall, I have my period and horrible cramps, and I threw up again today. Even with all this Im staying pretty positive I just dont feel too well. I really want to go out with my friends but I feel bad that I just cant because my energy level is squat. Maybe during the weekend I'll feel more like going out. Right now I have tons of homework and Im preparing for my first exam. Im pretty overwhelmed but trying to focus on the positives. Yeah Im thinking its nap time...

I threw up for the first time today! JOY! Not really...actually it really isnt that bad at all, nothing like throwing up before surgery. It was on chicken though, must be having a grumpy pounch day because Ive been eating chicken every day. BOOHOOO. Group tonight!! Cant wait to see the girls.

So today I spent my entire morning on the phone with stupid rude people who dont know a thing about their jobs. So I decided that the phone wasnt getting me anywhere...I went out and cleaned the 3ft of snow and ice off my car and went to the stupid school myself and come to find out the real person that could help me wouldnt be in until tomorrow...and on top of that- I think I sprained my ankle!! Oh well I looked cute and thats all the counts to me, here is the pics I took before leaving the house:



Besides all that Im not too grumpy just my ankle is killing me and my mom isnt home for me to whine to about it. Oh well. Hey I made a new recipe that is pretty good and Im trying another one today so I will tell you how it turns out but my creation is:

Bake a piece of chicken with hot sauce and salsa then cut it into pieces.
Layer a pan/bowl/dish with refried beans, chicken and salsa, then some shredded cheese.
Bake or microwave until its hot and the cheese is completely melted.
Then I add cottage cheese on top!

Its sooo tasty that I ate it three times yesterday and its full of protein. The recipe Im trying today has tofu in it, we'll see how that goes! Okay now Im checking to see if we have smooth move tea because I definitely ate too much cheese yesterday!

Okay- I tried my next recipe and it was great. I baked chicken (with tons of spices), tomatoe sauce (pay attention to the label), and pieces of tofu...then I added some f/f cheese and sprinkle cheese on top...tasted just like chicken parm! Hope I dont get sick later...

Ugh.

Im sick. I cant eat and Im getting dehydrated. I have cramping and pain in my tummy. I did too much today and Im paying for it.

Two of my steri-strips fell off, the other is coming off soon...but there are two that are fastened tight...I can take them off monday if they havent fallen off yet. I lost another two pounds as of today so that brings me to 24lbs in two weeks and two days. Quite amazing! Not sure what Im going to try to eat today but maybe I'll try something new, I think we have Boca Burgers.

Yeah and I got some cherry milk of magnesia so Im going to try that tonight.

Thats it. Sent out my transcript request forms, got my parking pass for FSC.,..nothing much else to report.

I lost another pound! But...I think Im constipated and its not fun. I have cramps that I cant tell if they are from my period or from that. My mom is of no help and I really dont want to call the doctor...but I will have to. Okay well 15 days and down 22lbs...possible more if I go to the bathroom already haha. =)

I need to go to wsc and qcc and get my transcipts sent to fsc...then call ssc and get them sent. Thats the only thing I hate about applying to colleges- all the running around. But the deadline is feb 15th so I must do it ASAP!
