Needing help!!

Hello I'm 37 and for years now I've been trying to get help with weight loss surgery but no one will help. I can't afford it pay out of pocket and my insurance refuses to cover a penny! I have several health issues that has now caused me to lose my job, and now my home and car. 
One of my rare disorders is called IIH and it can cause me to go legally blind, getting weight loss surgery can reverse that! 
im in DESPERATE need of help, please anyone someone please help me.
