Here we are! Welcome 2008 !! I am so pleased to say I've lost 123 lbs. and I feel like a new person! I have confidence like I've never known and energy that keeps me on the go! 
We had a wonderful holiday season...so busy, yet a beautiful time with family and friends! But I must say I'm glad it's over and I am looking forward to another wonderful year full of travel, memories and fun!
I have gotten serious about my exercise after slacking for the past few months. I am trying faithfully to walk or cycle (at the gym) at least 3 days a week. I feel so much better when I do and the discipline I've given myself makes me stronger. I am actually enjoying exercising, which is a miracle in itself!! ha/ha! Of course, not carrying around the extra 123 lbs. makes it much easier and enjoyable!

I haven't posted in a while, but it's been such a busy time! I am so happy to say I have now lost 108 lbs.!! I'm down from a 30/32 shirt to 22/24 and some 18/20's!! WOW! In pants, I'm down from 26 to 20's !! This whole WLS thing amazes me everyday and I thank God I was so blessed to have this procedure done.
We recently spent a week in San Antonio taking our little guy to Sea World and all the tourist stuff. What a thrill it was to be able to go, go, go and not be tired all the time! I rode the small roller coaster with Blake and didn't worry about the bar not coming down on my lap! I cried inside with happiness!
I feel great and people are really noticing my changes! It is such a great feeling when someone sees me and says "WOW! Johnna! You look great!!"

I had my appointment with my Nut and she was very pleased with my progress! 87 lbs. down and counting! She assured me to continue doing whatever I am doing, as it is WORKING! Yeah! A big *WOW* moment for me - I am just past the 1/2 way mark to my goal !!!! WOOOO HOOOOO! I am so excited and thrilled! I'm feeling great, energy level is high and the inner happiness has increased dramatically. Pat myself on the back! :-)
