New to OH

I m new to the website and I just had my surgery on October 9th I had some complications and I m just now starting to feel a little bit better I had problems with bleeding after my surgery and had to have 7 blood transfusions and was in Intensive care for a week after surgery.  I m 28 and I m looking to meet some new people and to keep a journal along the way I m 3 weeks out and have lost 25 lbs my next goal is 10 lbs and to be under 200 lbs.  In the beginning what was everyones weight loss like?  I dont know what to expect?  I gained alot of fluid while i was in the hospital so I feel like my weight loss has been slow due to weighing more when I left the hospital than when I went in for surgery.
