ONDERLAND!!!!

On Friday, I hit ONDERLAND (weighing in the 100's)!!!!   I was sick so I really didn't feel like posting about it, but I am much better now so I am yelling it from the highest mountain I can...

I have lost a total of 93 pounds at this point, about 5.5 months out, and feel WONDERFUL!!!  I have much more energy and my confidence has increased so much.  I am happy for real this time, I am not just putting on being happy I truly am happy at this point and know that it will only get better.

If you are considering having this surgery I will tell you that I have no regrets at this time and would do it again.  But make sure you fully understand what you are getting yourself into and are ready to make the needed changes.

ONDERLAND and NOT looking back at all, only forward!!!
