101 Pounds gone FOREVER!!

As of Aug. 5th 2009 I have lost 101 pounds  and now weigh 188.  I NEVER thought that I would be posting my weight for others to know. But knowing that everyone who reads this will understand how big of an accomplishment it is to loose 100+ pounds I don't mind.  Besides, I know where I started at and am proud of what I have accomplished in the last 7.5 months.
This has been a great journey so far and without all the wonderful I support I have received I never would be doing so well.  It is tough that some (one) of my original supporters is now not supportive but jealous.  I have to say that it saddens me that they can't look past their personal issues to genuinely be supportive of me and my journey to be a healthy person.  Luckily for me that one person is out numbered by the many who are greatly supportive of me.

I was very surprised to be told one person recently that I have inspired them loose weigh and be healthier.  I wish her all the luck and I will be a great supporter of hers at this time.

We are getting ready to go on a cruise, I can't believe that I am actually going on a cruise.  A year ago I never would have done this or at least not with as much confidence and self esteem that I have now.
