Well, I'm in another stall again... such is the story of my life. I have increased my calories, protein and water... eveything but exercise... cause I HATE it!!!I have lost a total of 134 pounds... I have 28 to go. I am pretty excited about the "home stretch". I LOVE shopping now. Going to White House Black Market is my favorite thing to do. I usually wear a large in their shirts. I have not tried on their pants yet, but I am really looking forward to that. It seems like everytime I go there I'm always with a lot fo people and they always are in a hurry to do something else. So, one day I will go and spend a lot of time there. I also go on ebay and buy some of their shirts on line... YAY I love it!!!
I do have a problem with their dresses, though. Even a size 14 is too small in the bust, I think the combination of big boobs and a wide chest... its just too much for the dresses. Then, the problem is its too big on the bottom. I guess I'll have to start buying shirts and skirts instead of dresses... pain in my butt!! But, hey, its better than ONLY being able to shop at Lane Bryant... no offense... and having to buy whatever they have whether I like it or not cause theres no place else to go... and worrying that you don't gain more weight cause if you do you won't even be able to shop at Lane Brayant anymore... then where do you buy your clothes??? Ya know what I mean??? Its a much better life now!!!
Now on to head hunger... Damn head hunger!!! Whats up with that anyway??? It just needs to stop... cause I can deal with real hunger... cause it usually happens around meal time... and I can eat a sensible mean and be OK. But, head hunger... like I have to have M&Ms or I'll surely die... I cannot reason with other than... I know I shouldn't.. and then the thing is... it just makes it easlier to do it again. So, I must plan my meals and don't anything thats not on the plan.
Now on to smoking... I quit smoking on Thursday the 14th of January... YAY ME!!! I know I can stick with it this time! I really haven't even wanted one! And I'm not going out this Wednesday cause Devon has a line infection... so, I will stay home and give him his antibiotics and be a good mom... :)
