"My first impression of Dr. Krook is that he is patient and thorough. He took the time to answer all of my questions about surgery, about himself, and any other questions I had. He educated me well and made sure I knew just how deep the decision to have this surgery is. Now post-surgery, I have to say, the man is good. He has a great bedside manner, made sure I was ready to home --he didn't push me out of the hospital. I LOVE his nurses. They are absolutely great. Very available, very infomative...and it may sound silly, but my name is Margaret; however, everyone calls me Peggy. The nurses made sure that everyone knew that I go by Peggy and I was called that throughout. I have never really had that from a doctor."
