"I've met Dr. Zorn of pacific Bariatric once for the pre-op visit. I found him to be pleasant and attentive. He asked me which surgery I wanted and agreed with my choice. We chatted about pre and post care. I had some questions about leave from work and he covered those for me. I am condident in him and his abilities.
However, the office itself is a zoo. They overbook by HOURS!!!! When I was there for a 2pm appt, I waited until 4:30! There were several patients waiting for their post surgical appointments and they told me that everytime they had come to the office it was the same story.
Upon leaving I was given paperwork instructing that we would hear from the office withing 3 weeks with the surgery date. After three weeks, then two and half weeks of phone calls, I finally received a surgery date.
Either the office staff is not qualified or they are taking on more patients than they can handle. However, everyone I spoke with was very nice, and that is saying something considering how many people must call each day looking for surgery dates. "
