Wow..I made it..one year out..:) I broke my plateau 3 weeks ago..to loose 3 more pounds..and then hit another one. Been very frustrating, but I think it is due to a lot of stress I have been under..trying to get my business going. But today is a good day..:) I year..woohooo...:) and at 103 pounds lost.

WOW...I have not been on here in a long time. I am heading to my one year anniversary..and coming back on here and seeing what everyone had posted for encouragement is helping me alot. I have been at a plateau lately and been depressed and decided that I need to get back here and get positive again. Thanks again to all of you who sent words of encouragement..and i am sorry for not coming back on very often after my surgery. time for me to get back with it again..;) I am at 100 pounds lost..and trying to get going on the next 50-90..:)

I am home from the hospital. had to have a couple pints of blood...ended up being there for 6 days. Feeling very nauseated at times due to pain meds that i stopped taking now...and tired..as my friend says..that is the body healing...I walk everyday...hope to make it around the block in the next few days...I go a little bit further everyday. Thanks for all of the messages..they have helped a lot. I never got an angel...but was too out of it in the hospital to read much anyway...finally getting back to myself. Just keep telling myself..it is worth it..:) I have never had surgery before..so it was an eyeopener..but i would never go back..:)

I just wanted to say GOOD LUCK on your surgery. Take a deep breath, try to relax. Know that we all care about you and are wishing you the best. Think positive, it really does help. After surgery, remember to turn, cough, take deep breaths, and walk to prevent complications. Hold your incision when you cough, it helps it hurt less. Keep your profile updated, it may make a difference in the live of someone else. Smile, keep your chin up! And lastly, if your chin does fall, just remember, from this position it is easier to moon people! :) (Also, humor helps too!)
