I know u haven't been on here in a while but I'm doing great! I'm 13 months post op vsg and down 117 pounds 

so my #effthescale challenge went well! i lost 10lbs that month. i now weigh 166 so im down 113lbs. mother nature is here so of course now the scale is acting like a bitch lol thanksgiving was great i didnt eat too bad. christmas is coming up. life is good! almost to my goal weight!

so today is my new challenge. #effthescale #noweighoctober. im incorporatng apple cider vinegar in my diet each morning. more exercise. more leafy greens more veggies. lean meats. i can do it! wont weigh again until november 1st!

officially 100lbs down!!!!!! 8 months out!

29 weeks post op and 93lbs gone forever!!! maybe i will hit that 100lb mark for my 25th bday after all

so as of right now i weigh 190#s. im not weighing myself this month. i wont weigh until september 1st. my birthday is sept. 18th and i would like to be down 100lbs by then. but as of right now im going back o basics. yogurt, shakes, tuna, chili. etc. and im joining the gym! operaiont no weigh august lets do this!

im 195!!! who would have thought!!!!!!! ill be 6 months post op next sunday. i have my 6 month check up on the 18th. nooooo i dont want my honeymoon to be over! lol so happy! 

boom woke up to this number on the scale this morning! 23 weeks post op today, an its weird because i ate bad this weekend (slice of pizza, a donut, like 6 baby pretzels, not in one sitting but you know) and i had an alcoholic beverage. and i notice when i drink alcohol, i lose weight. weird, i know. onederland is so close i can taste it! hopefuly by next monday ill be there

so today i weighed in and i finally broke my 204 stall. im 3 lbs away from onederland. im praying i get there before the end of this month! but i wont weigh again until july 1st. or either june 31st. idk ill see. but i uploaded my 5month post op video today on youtube. i wasnt gonna do it until onederland. but i went ahead and did it anyway.

so friday i ate one chocolate chip cookie from subway. saturday i ate two now and laters. once again, i notice when its time for my TOM i eat everything in sight. i weighed in today and i was 204. so thats a 3 pound loss since i last posted. all ive been wanting lately is smoothies. and veggies. i really need to do better and up my protein. i start a new job next monday and im joining their gym. i cant wait! come on onederland!
