Well my OH family! Let me start by saying I Thank God for the opportunity to live a healthy life and I don't regret a day of this pain. I want to wish all of you a wonderful Holiday!I am getting there I am tired of the liquids but I know it is all apart of the plan. I can move to step two tomorrow and we will see how that go. I anyone has any pointers please feel free to let me know.
