St Francis Hospital

"My pre-op nurses were wonderful and comforting, telling me everything was going to be fine and this and that. My operating room nurses were wonderful. I was on a floor not specific to Bariatric patients, which bummed me out a little bit, but the nurses knew everything to do to make me more comfortable. I had a comfy bed and a bigger wheel chair to sit in... they allowed me to have a private room although traditionally their room's aren't private... I got one because my mom set up a cot in the space next to me. The nurses were so kind to me. Sometimes they were a little slow responding to me, but unless you're a pretentious snob who needs everything at the snap of a finger, it works. I loved some particular post-op nurses like Marie and Tess and Tita... they made me so comfortable. I'd recommend St. Francis for a slower, quieter experience."
