SO, I had my FIRST appointment today with the "Bariactic Doctor"... The doctor was ok and the dietician was GREAT!.... However, at the close of my appointment, the office rep told me that because I was PPO, that their was a program fee of 2300 and that covers the pshyc eval and dietician.... So I said ok and left the office..........................Well, on the way home, I was thinking... my insurance covers 90% and it's in my network and I have UNLIMITED OUT-PATIENT Psych care with a 15 dollar co-pay along with UNLIMITED specialist coverage..... So why on earth would I pay you 2300 out of pocket for services that are already covered.....Makes no since... so I called my insurance company and they said they (Andrea) would call them tomorrow, because that doesn't sound right, at all..... Sounds like someone is trying to get over on somebody.....That's not happening.....

My doctor referred me to a class to teach me how to eat right and eat more often. It is a lifestyle change in a good way.... I am learning to plan my meals and think before I eat, chew food slowly (that I do already because I like to taste the flavors of food), use little to no salt and portion size using a 9inch plate. I also have to keep a food diary and that's monitored as well and I MUST EXERCISE....there lies my real issue... No motivation what so ever...

When everything else fails, God will NEVER EVER fail you......Thank you God for ALWAYS being a faithful Tried and TRUE friend.... I am really learning that people are just that people... I am learning God...Thank you for being patient with me.
