My doctor referred me to a class to teach me how to eat right and eat more often.  It is a lifestyle change in a good way....  I am learning to plan my meals and think before I eat, chew food slowly (that I do already because I like to taste the flavors of food), use little to no salt and portion size using a 9inch plate.  I also have to keep a food diary and that's monitored as well and I MUST EXERCISE....there lies my real issue...  No motivation what so ever... 

I must get it together and in the same token be patient with myself
