Hurting!!!!

So my surgery was on Monday and im just in a good bit of pain. My doctor gave me weeaaaak pain killers that dont hardly seem to work and every time i drink something it feels like im going to throw up even though I dont. . .is this normal at first? Honestly I just need encouragement Im so down this is hurting like hell. . . .
