BREATHE
I have been a heavy person since starting middle school and began to steadily gain from there. I think the most I gained happened after my kids were born. When my first daughter was born I still weighed less than 200#'s and after my second daughter was born I weighed 230#'s. Things started to go really bad for me once I started getting sick with asthma all of the time which started once my son was born. It seems there wasn't and still isn't much I can do about gaining weight since I am always on steroids all of the time and It's very difficult to try to lose weight when I'm always sick. I've been in the hospital four times this year already. My highest weight was 314#'s and I've managed to stay off of the prednisone long enough to lose the 14#s. I still get asthma all throughout the day and it get on my last nerves that I have to try so hard just to breathe!! This is why I can't understand why my insurance company won't approve the surgery when I've been in the hospital enough times they could have been paid for the surgery! I just hope that god would kick in at any moment and make these people understand that I just want to be able to breathe and be here for my kids cause they need their mommy. I need help to get rid of this weight that is holding me down I long to break free from the captivity of obesity. I dream for the moment to walk pain free from knees that constantly ache me and I wait for the moment when I can just wake up in the middle of the night not needing to take a treatment just so I can BREATHE!
