"My surgeon is very knowledgable and completely down to business. She doesn't play games and is very clear with her expectations of what you need to do as patient. I like her a lot, though she might come out as intimidating she is just doing her job. Her office staff is ok, they could be better, but I 've experienced that at other medical offices as well. Dr. Giovanni has a very structure program that you must follow in orer to be successful. She also addressed all the risks including pros and cons for me for my particlar condition."
