O.K., Here we go... 21 days til surgery and I started my Liver Shrink diet today.... I've been going to my support groups and most of the people there said that you don't get hungry on this diet... Well, they lied...LOL  I feel like I'm starving at some points thru my day. It is very hard to eat 6 times a day when I am at work and when I feel like my sugar is dropping, I then realize that I haven't had a chance to get my snack in... Oh well, it's only day 1.... I still have 20 more days to practice... Anyway, I am SO excited about surgery.. I have been waiting and trying to get this done since 2007.. and finally, I am approved by my insurance... I feel like it's a dream and I will wake up any minute now... But I do know that I am ready to make this happen...
