Virginia Weaver
"My first impression of Dr. Weaver was that she was very compassionate.. Her Office staff is very understanding and reassuring. Aftercare is very much emphasized for great success. They offer support groups every 2nd Thursday of the month and then a Licensed Psychologist with that group has support groups every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month and all support groups are FREE. Dr. Weaver had a group session with about 7-8 people and discussed all of the risks and benefits of surgery with the group and then she met with each patient individually to discuss any concerns or questions that individual patient might have. I would Rate Dr. Weaver and her office staff as a 10..I believe surgical competence and bedside manner are very important, but if I had to choose which was more important I would definately choose surgical competence, however, I believe that a good bedside manner could affect how a person would follow-up with that MD."
