July 5, 2006 - Called Barix to schedule a consulatation
July 13, 2006 - Barix called...they had a cancellation for a consulation on July 17
July 17, 2006 - Consultation with Dr. Brader
July 20, 2006 - Letter went out for insurance approval
July 24, 2006 - Received call that insurance was approved
July 28, 2006 - Received a call from Barix that I needed to do a sleep study
August 10, 2006 - Overnight sleep study
September 7, 2006 - Follow-up with sleep doctor - received news that I had sleep apnea
September 29, 2006 - Overnight sleep study to get fit with CPAP
October 5, 2006 - Follow-up with sleep doctor
November 22, 2006 - Received call to schedule pre-op tests and surgery
November 29, 2006 - Pre-op testing
December 7, 2006 - Surgery day!
