Hi...my name is Ali and I have to tell you all that I have struggled with weight all my life. I wish it wasn't an issue but it is. The people I surrounded myself with before the surgery were people that didn't pass judgement they were supportive. Some people had a lot of questions that I can now feel comfortable answering. I wanted the surgery so much I could touch it. I wanted to be a new me. I wanted my life back. Don't get me wrong I actually had everything I needed and wanted. I had the guy, the family, the job...just not the self esteem...
