hi everyone, I'm sooooo happy since my last blog,  Well my doctor was right since Dec I have lost another 14lbs that makes me 175 Im so happy  My next visit to the doctor's is in March I'll keep you posted before then.  Hugs Alice    Life is beautiful  GO STEELERS   WE'RE GOING TO THE SUPER BOWL  HOORAY
