Hey! Just thought I'd check in to see how you are doing. Hope all is going well since your surgery. If you're like me you will be drained for the first few days. TAKE IT EASY but do get up and move around. I am a week out today and feeling great - I'm sure you will too very soon. Best wishes on your journey and welcome to the bench!
