9/18/14 is the day.

Today I completed all my pre-labs- ultrasound, chest X-ray, EKG, bloodwork etc. I also got my first dietician appointment out of the way... Things are progressing nicely and I am still feeling positive and optimistic 

Abdominal scan, pre-op tests, first dietician appointment, both psych appointments, and 6 week surgeon progress appointment alllllll booked. 

I finally had my first appointment with my surgeon and I'm a candidate for either RNY or Sleeve.. Hopefully everything is full speed ahead from here. I already have my second appointment scheduled and my first dietician scheduled.. I hope the psych department gets back to me soon so I can check them off my list too.

I am hoping for an August surgery date if all goes well!!!

I only just attended my seminar on Wednesday but it feels like so much longer. I finally got a call from the surgeons office today and have an appointment for 4/30 and I am SO excited. 

I honestly don't think I've ever felt more optimistic about myself than I have felt since the seminar and the phone call.
